Let's get you styled!

Style guide

Your family photos are something that you will look back on 20 years from now so I like to make sure all of the details are covered to create those beautiful memories!

Ladies, use this as an excuse to pamper yourself like the queen that you are and get your hair and make up done before the shoot. Trust me you won’t regret it!

Outfits are SO important!

Earthy and bold colors + all of the flowy things! Go for loose, flowy , natural fabrics like linen, cottons etc that will move with you.

P.S: Flowy Dresses with a trail on them are my fav to shoot because they photograph so well when you are twirling around for those must have candid shots.

Preferred colors: Mustard Yellow, emerald, denim, burnt orange, cream, tan, olive, rust, burgundy, maroon, brown, charcoal etc. (Everyone should have on a different color/pattern to get the FULL AFFECT)

For fall time I love to suggest all things JEAN!

Ex. jean jackets, shirts and pants.

Accessories: You are welcome to play dress up during your shoot so wear accessories that give you that “feel good” vibe. Hats, belts, cardigans, suspenders, bows, crowns, beanies. Just be sure not to over do it.

Oh and wait! Don’t forget your neutral colored shoes.

Ex. Boots, sandals, dressy or casual shoes

So lastly let’s touch base on those things I like to call distractions! Make sure to keep everyday jewelry like smart watches to a minimum and ladies don’t forget those hair ties on your wrist ;) Don’t worry I got your back. Pockets should be empty, so no cellphones, keys, wallet..etc. as they can create an un flattering bump. If your children have any must have items they are bringing please make sure they are neutral in color.

REMEMBER, small details matter..
